Ordering Notes

HOW TO MAKE A PURCHASE: contact me at napprovincetown@gmail.com with your shipping info and I can give you a final price including tax where applicable. I accept old fashioned credit cards and checks, but also venmo and can arrange for other payment types of the electronic ilk. Transactions will allow appropriate time for approval before your item ships. There is no additional cost for shipping within the continental US.

Feel free to contact me with any questions you may have before you place an order, or after you receive your item(s).

PLEASE ALLOW for longer shipping times due to issues related to the pandemic and politics. Even though we may be in more of a post-pandemic phase it seems that shipping volume remains high and USPS remains less than well-supported. You will receive a tracking number upon shipment of your goods.

I ship via USPS Priority Mail for compact items, and FedEx Ground for bulkier packages of multiple items. Your package will depart Provincetown within the next 1-2 business days (M-F) after you place your order.

Shipping is included with purchase within the continental US with the exception of bulkier items such as pillows.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING IS NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME.

Returns

If you wish to return an item please take care to return it in its new condition within 2-3 weeks. Please repackage items sufficiently for safe shipping, similar to the way it was shipped to you. Include a copy of your receipt. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Your refund for items, and taxes if applicable, will be made when your return is received in satisfactory condition. I can receive items returned via US Mail, UPS, or FedEx.
